No. 1 — eDesign


Our e-design services provide a convenient remote or in home option for any design project near or far. Clients collaborate with us through a 60-minute video call to share their needs and room details. We will then create a personalized design concept with a mood board, fixtures + furniture selections. This customized design concept will contain product lists with clickable links, making purchasing and styling the recommended items for your space effortless.

No. 2 — Room Refresh


This is an exciting way to rejuvenate your space with style and ease. We'll work closely with you to understand your vision and goals and then craft a personalized design plan for new furnishings, fixtures, lighting, artwork, and decorative accents. We will arrange their delivery and placement, ensuring a cohesive and refreshed look. Let us elevate your room's ambiance and create a welcoming atmosphere with our Room Refresh service.

This service is designed for clients seeking a full-scale, comprehensive in-person design experience, most likely completing a renovation or starting a new build project.


During this process, we will handle all design details from concept to completion and help create a finished space that will withstand the test of time.
This service includes a full design installation.

No. 4 — Home & Real Estate Staging

Our Home & Real Estate Staging Services are designed to showcase your property’s full potential, helping it stand out to buyers from the moment they step through the door. I’ll work with you to create a welcoming, stylish space that not only looks amazing but also allows potential buyers to envision themselves living there.

Whether you’re selling a home or prepping a property for the market, my goal is to highlight the best features of the space, create a flow that feels natural, and add those thoughtful touches that make all the difference. With my staging, your property won’t just look great—it will connect emotionally with buyers, leading to faster sales and higher offers.

Our passion lies in guiding you through every step of the design journey and managing all the details so you can enjoy a seamless and enjoyable experience. Let us handle all the stress while you get to soon relax in your new beautifully curated home.

Our process is what makes it easy while still being enjoyable.

  • Think of this as a first date! After connecting on the phone and learning more about your design needs, this is the first step in the process: We will come to your home to view the space, take measurements, and learn the scope of the design project!

    At this step, we charge a one-time fee of $200 for all Design Project Consultations.

  • After meeting with you and better understanding your vision, needs, and preferences, we will put together a customized Design Project Package that includes the scope of the project and all costs associated with the design needs. From here, we will draft a contract to start the process!

  • Once the contract is signed, we will move into the Design Development phase—an exciting step where we begin crafting and refining the new design concepts for your project. This phase marks the start of our collaborative, hands-on process, where we work together to explore creative ideas and make key design decisions. This collaboration can be as hands-on or as hands-off as you prefer, depending on your comfort and design needs.

    During this phase, our primary goal is to establish a clear and cohesive direction for the project, ensuring all elements are thoughtfully organized and aligned with your vision. The decisions made during Design Development will lay the groundwork for the Design Presentation, where we’ll showcase the proposed concepts for your review and feedback.

    This structured and intentional approach ensures every design element is curated to bring your project to life seamlessly and beautifully, bringing a sense of calm in the chaos.

  • This is when all the fun starts to happen!

    We will present our design presentation with the full design scope, including all project details. This is when you will see the concept come to life.

    We also offer both 2D and 3D floor plans, elevation plans, and renderings once the design concept has been finalized to really get that full design feel and experience.

  • Once the design has been finalized and all elements are ready to order, we will start the purchasing phase of the project! This is when it starts to feel like Christmas! During this step, we also work with our vendors to ensure we are on time for our scheduled install date!

    We also work very closely with all the contractors to ensure we stay within our estimated project completion timeline. This is a huge part of our Devaughn Design Process as we believe in a strong working relationship between all vendors, whether that be your contractor, plumber, or painter. We are all one team to get the design done for your client!

  • This is our favorite step in the process! This is when you finally get to have the whole project come together in your space! Our team will install all the little details to ensure our vision comes to life!

  • It's time to celebrate your new beautiful home!

    During this final stage, we will collaborate to tie up any loose ends, discuss final details, and gather your feedback to continually enhance our offerings and ensure they remain the best in town.
